My mother left us 6 years ago. The management then was extremely professional and truly helped every single step of the way. In the past 2 year that they have changed General Managers it has been a nightmare from removing decoration and trashing them without any communication to recently removing my mother head rest without our permission 😪 and leaving it empty for half a day . Mind you they didn't communicate our let us know what they where doing. Our family goes on a daily basis . So my father does his daily trip to find his wife head rest is missing Imagine the terror frustration saddest that his wife head rest is missing . Did someone vandalize it stolen it over night. He goes ask the office no one knows . He asked to talk to the GM she is in meeting never comes out. send another manager he doesn't know what going on eithier. He says we are looking into it. Come find out 7 hrs later around 3pm that the GM put a request to change the head rest at her discretion no one knew no one inform us the family. Mind you we payed for everything from there provider. Everything was approved from previous Management. Everything was done by the book. This lady GM took it open herself to remove my mother head rest on her interpretation of there protocol . By the way there are other headrest just like my mother in the same area and only my mother head rest got removed . Is this 🤔 targeting . ??? We don't cause any problem 😌. We have plots in that cementary. And other family of ours are there also . I don't understand.

Jay was very helpful and understanding. He made the process very simple and went out of his way to meet our needs. Eternal Valley will work with you financially and spiritually to make sure your loved one is put to rest with respect. Both of my parents passed within the last 3 years and knowing I was able to take care of both of them took a weight off my shoulders. Very grateful!

Eternal Valley Memorial did an exceptional job planning my grandpa’s visitation and burial. During such a difficult time for our family, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Angela, the funeral coordinator, was especially amazing. She was attentive, communicative, and so sympathetic to both me and my family throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and always made us feel supported. Her kindness truly meant so much to us during our time of loss.
