This place is terrible. They also lost a lot of my mother's belongings. And they even stole things, Specifically, a souvenir that I had brought her from Hawaii. I too spoke with Mr. Gonzalez about this and They never found it. I too, wanted to put cameras, but the roommate had to agree but they really never made an effort to contact them. Eventually the roommate passed away, so I thought I was finally going to put the cameras. But the restrictions were so terrible that I never found a camera with their requirements. The CNA's are the worst. They never show their name tag. And they complain to us, the family, about my mother!. They never followed the family's wishes, and they were always just in a bad mood. Then Unfortunately, my mother went to the hospital and and was there for almost a month. During that time, I only got one phone call from somebody at Regent Asking about my mom, but even then she got my moms name wrong. My mother passed away in the hospital a month ago and NOBODY from Regent called me to offer their condolences, nor did they send a sympathy card or flowers! NOTHING! My mother was a resident there for almost 3 years. And she was just a number to them. Please don't send your loved ones there. Send them somewhere else where they can get the respect they deserve.

Complete lack of accountability. The nursing staff lacks the ability to communicate the condition of their patients. I was informed that my grandmother was not well and my family was depending on my expertise to help explain to them the reality of the situation. I encountered a nurse who was unable to answer my questions regarding my grandmother's current condition, how it started nor how it has progressed. The minimal amount of information that was divulged lead me to become concerned of my grandmother's well being and I expressed she be sent to a local hospital. Once my concerns were expressed, and my request was obvious, the nursing staff proceeded to ignore my phone calls. I was placed on hold for 37 minutes and the nursing staff never called me back. I have been an ER nurse for 10 yrs and an ICU nurse for 3yrs. Never have I ever encountered such indifference to a family members concern, especially one with a medical background, and I recommend to any who are considering this facility not to expect nothing but the bare minimal from this company

I went through the facility and really thought it looked nice. We are looking for a place for my father. I got a good review from someone who had family here. I want my father close to me so I was very hopeful this would be a good fit. However, when I called the admissions person on the phone, it honestly seemed like the person I spoke with had a million reasons they could not help me. I have San Antonio nursing facilities calling me off the hook ready to welcome my father so it gave me a really bad feeling when admissions was so negative about helping me. They did not seem to want my business and that made me concerned about placing my dad there so I am looking elsewhere.

Staff has no professionalism including kitchen supervisor. Staff communicate by yelling no regard for residents. If you have someone 👵👴here check up on them often.
