Lodge Lane Assisted Living

My mother-in-law lived in Lodge Lane for a few months. I was very unhappy with how she was treated and the overall care provided to her. She has Alzheimer’s and lived in the memory care unit. If you are in search of memory care for your loved one, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. I had no intention of writing a review for Lodge Lane. I wanted to part ways amicably and not spread negativity. But my final interaction with them has led me here. I went in to drop off a hearing aid that was erroneously given to my MIL. I walked in, explained to the front desk why I was dropping off the hearing aid. I was immediately met with rudeness. Happily, I will never walk through those doors again.

The staff I dealt with were very friendly but finding the place was hard, when the road forks stay left. Not towards the park area(like I did ) I wish their sign was bigger instead it's like a 4" x12" .. very very easy to miss .. gps took me to Kuts. STAY LEFT 😊
