I think it's one of the nicest releases last seen in awhile, for it to be a older building it is one of the best, well-maintained bill ever seen. 👋

I have a friend living here. I visit with her from time to time. Her apartment seems nice, she has spoken of a few maintenance issues but they always seem to get fixed asap

Not helpful at all. Wait list closed no knowledge of when it will open. Person was short and quick to hang up.

EVERYONE that is lying saying this place get 5 stars is crazy . My uncle live in this 7 yrs , the staff is unprofessional , the building has rats and roaches , the plumbing back up often. They have many bed bug treatments they often do as well . The building is nasty with all the old carpet that holds germs . There is nothing for the seniors , the elevator always breaking down , The whole building need to be gutted out and redone new electric , new plumbing etc. The owner is a SLUM LORD
