West Michigan Hospice

West Michigan hospice is a faith based agency that is dedicated to individuals who are spending their last days, and their families who are supporting them. When we determined that mom did not need to continue routine care due to her age and medical condition, Aaron and his staff quietly moved into our lives and made every decision okay. I and my siblings were included in every phase, they were responsive to our wishes and we welcomed their advice from their experiences. All this to say that without God and this wonderful staff, I cannot imagine going through this stage of mom’s life without them.

Been trying to find the right words to describe the care given to our dad, to us. Nurse Bre, Aide Danielle, Aaron especially. They showed up every time, even in Michigan winter…in those times? It was like we were the only ones in Their charge. Never mind the endless texts sent when we were scared…They never missed a beat. I’d call them Angels but really?..I think it’s the other way around…Angels show up on earth to walk beside these two humans. Your fine care, laughs, ease and strength were everything.

We can't say enough about West Michigan Hospice group.They were very friendly, kind, and thoughtful people that worked with us to make our father's passing go so much easier. The social worker Maggie went way out of her way to do something very special for our father. She reached out to the Great Lakes Chorus, that he sang with for 30 years, to come to his home and sing to him. Thank you everyone! ❤️ Thank you from the Lyle Weeks family.

West Michigan Hospice was our team to lean on for almost 2 years. They were kind and caring. Our mom loved them. They took such good care of us right up to the end!

My mom received exceptional care from West Michigan Hospice, including nurses, aides, social workers, and spiritual care. She bonded with the team and looked forward to their visits. Their guidance was invaluable, helping me navigate life as a caregiver. They were always available to talk and to give me help when I needed it, whether it be sending pictures of a wound or just answering questions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love, care, compassion, respect and dignity you all gave to her. You were all a blessing to us.
