Heartland Hospice

I cannot express enough in words how kind, caring and compassionate Heartland Hospice was in the care of my father in law. From the intake care coordinators Wendy and Piper, the RN's Kim and Gert to the Chaplin Lexi, Social Work Jon and medical Director Jeff Van Wingen. Not one person ever lacked compassion or empathy for us as a family or my father in law. The communication and teamwork was extraordinarily fast and efficient. Our time with hospice with was not long before my father in law passed, but they helped make him comfortable and cared for him as if he was their family also. I would recommend this amazing team to anyone seeking care, you will have comfort in knowing the quality of care they show you loved one. Even after the passing of my father in law they are still helping us navigate the grieving and burial process with the utmost kindness and respect.

We lost our mom a few weeks ago. Heartland was there to help all of us. The people were so caring and helpful. I always felt like they truly cared about her,... and her family. I appreciate all of the people that helped us through this.

We have had a wonderful experience with Heartland Hospice. From the first initial call to Wendy to get my Mother in-law then Father in-law signed up. The social worker John and the wonderful nurse Pabi and Gabby who take care of day to day needs. Lexi the Chaplin and all of the people who are compassionate and quick responding and attentive to their schedules as best they can due to what they deal with. I would recommend Heartland to anyone who needs this service.

I’ve been extremely happy with ALL of the staff at Heartland Hospice (especially Dr VanWigen, Pabritia, Katrina, John, Wendy, avid Tracy)!! ALL of them are fully observant of my every need!!
