I am really happy that I was recommended to go to Catalina Ramirez. She was efficient, super nice and understanding. Her staff were pleasant and understanding that I was not a computer expert. Matter of fact I don't have a computer, so everything was handled via cell phone. Thanks for doing everything quickly and correctly.
