If you're trying to protect your assets and make sure everything's in line in the event that may be something should happen I would definitely call Phil ! I'm new to all of this trust world I had no idea how vulnerable I was with my assets not protected in a trust Phil is very knowledgeable and had all the answers I had on the top of his head . He also speaks to you like a friend so I'm not embarrassed to ask all my dumb questions. He helped me build my trust for my different properties and my life estate planning. Samantha, who works for him is amazing. I can call and email them anytime and they respond really fast. I also joined the membership so I can get into meetings really fast if I have emergency stuff which I have had come up and I've got a discount on things like changing property titles . It's definitely not one of those offices that will charge you per email or call that you feel reluctant to call. They're just absolutely wonderful and very responsive 10/10

Honestly I dreaded going to an attorney after clearing up my in laws estate but our experience with Mr. Flanigan's office was wonderful. His attention to detail and knowledge was a huge plus.
