Osceola Memory Gardens in St. Cloud was one of the most professional Funeral Homes I have ever worked with. Honest, upfront with pricing, professional, sensitive, flexible with meeting times and very compassionate. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and warm staff. Our departed sister's Memorial service, viewing and burial was prepared with the utmost care and dignity. Adequate time was provided to all family and friends. A very clean, neat and warm friendly atmosphere. We recommend this facility in St. Cloud to anyone requiring funerary services in the area.

Recently I lost my son to the many side effects of Cerebral Palsy. I had arranged previously to have Osceola Memory Gardens handle his funeral arrangements. I hadn’t looked at the paperwork for years. They well exceeded my expectations. I even changed my mind a couple times about what and how I wanted things done-they were with me at every turn. The staff was warm and caring as well as very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants help with their arrangements!

Horrific. No acknowledgement of the despicable treatment experienced from this business even in a review. No, "We are sorry this was your experience". Every other review has a response or acknowledgement at the very least that is was read. Proves unequivocally it is all about that piece of paper that fills their bank account they value tax brackets over all else. Disgusting. Unfathomable there are 4.8 stars for this business.

I was absolutely amazed at the services on my husband Patrick. Everyone was so passionate and helpful. I didn't have to do anything about the insurance they did everything for. From Chrissy to to Mela, Tom and John and the ladies at the services everyone was so knowledgeable at their jobs. THANK YOU Osceola Memory Gardens for making a difficult situation easier.
