St. Croix Hospice

Pure Evil! My 104 year old mother was transferred to them. In spite of a dozen requests they refused to provide her pain medication for 8 days. The purpose of the transfer from her Chicago hospice was her desperate need for pain medication. I’m her 71 year old daughter with my own health issues- I had no sleep during the 8 days we were assigned to this company. The one person who did show compassion for her severe pain was Jackie the massage therapist Wish I could hire her for my own medical issues.

They were very caring during my father's time in Hospice. My dad told the nurse that he loved her. We had not one issue with them. I would recommend.

We love working with St Croix!! Our clients families have told us how wonderful they are to come help our client's stay home and fulfill their final wishes to not ever move. We appreciate how quick they respond when someone is in need.

Angie was so cruel I explained to her AFTER she was rude to me I needed a nurse to come out. I explained that my dad was suffering I needed him checked. She told me she was sending a nurse. Hours went by I called back only to find out she hadn't told the nurse to come. By the time the nurse came and made my dad comfortable he passed away. He suffered before dying because of her. Courtney who came was amazing, however I wouldn't recommend ST.Croix Hospice for a dying dog. The only saving Grace to this company is two nurses Lindsey and Courtney.

St Croix provided my family as wonderful of a hospice experience as possible. All the staff we came in contact with from our “angel” nurse, the doc, the chaplain, the intake, masseuse, music therapy and on call nurses were ALL kind, patient, supportive, professional and personal. They listened to our needs and concerns and helped us navigate through them, always coming out on top. I had been the care taker for my 53 yr old husband and St Croix coming into our house eased my tasks, duties and offered huge support to me my husband and our kids. I highly recommend them to anyone needing in home hospice care. Thank you St. Croix for walking beside us in our darkest of days
