Josie Harper Hospice house

The staff at Josie Harper and Chi staff took the most amazing care of my dad in April . So compassionate and loving. I would recommend Josie Harper to anyone who needs end of life care .

I am so grateful to the staff and volunteers for their knowledge about Hospice Care, their loving and caring approach, their kindness, and their sensitivity of the transition to the Forever Spiritual Journey with God. My sister was happy being at Josie Harper House. She loved the art, the Beautiful Garden, and the Cookies. 🥰. We truly believe that we had extra with my sister because of the genuine kindness and warmth and care she received. Thank you so much. 🙌

Hospice House cared for my father in his final two months. This was the best decisions we made for him and his care. The facility was clean, up to date and well kept. The staff was amazing in caring for his needs and providing the medications that helped him to be comfortable. Thank you for everything you did for him!

Fantastic place for our beloved elderly father to go when hospice at home wasn’t comprehensive enough. We (family) felt he was safe, sat with, cared for, treated with great compassion. When we had to leave his side at times, we knew he was well cared for. They are the best at what they do! All renovated too! They do leave patient doors open for good reasons, so those who visit or eat near patient rooms please keep in mind this is a place for the dying (like, be hospital quiet at least ;-)

I am forever grateful for everyone at Josie Harper Hospice House and the amazing care provided to my mother over an extended 10-month period. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, accommodating, and communicative. They were nothing but loving, patient, and empathetic not only to my mother, but to me as well. The staff kept my mother strong and in good spirits while I was 1,550 miles away in another state. My mother really enjoyed engaging with various staff members and getting to know more about them and their families. It was easy to see that she was both fond and appreciative of them, as she built a solid bond with many of the nurses, techs, and facility team members. I could name several individuals who were "all-stars," but there are honestly too many to call out and thank (including Lisa Russell and Cindy). I cannot recommend this facility and its staff enough. I hope to have the same type of care when it comes to my own end-of-life journey. You have certainly set the bar very high and have given me a completely different perspective and level of respect & admiration for everything you do for patients and their loved ones. Much love and appreciation to everyone at Josie Harper Hospice House for not only what you did for my mother, but what you did for me. You are the true unsung heroes and I will never forget your compassion and care.
