Compassus

Compassus provided hospice care that far exceeded our expectations, offering our loved one comfort, dignity, and respect in his final days. Before we began services, I understood the basics of hospice and what it can look like in practice. But experiencing Compassus firsthand, I was struck by their attention to detail, thoughtful navigation of family dynamics, and compassion for everyone involved—not only the patient. We’re especially grateful to Charles for patiently helping us put services in place. Miranda, Tina, and Alejandro delivered consistent, attentive nursing care, and Ann supported his daily needs with kindness, respect, and positivity. Their work deserves genuine recognition and should never be taken for granted. Everyone deserves dignity at the end of life, and with Compassus, that commitment clearly guides everything they do. Krystal Martinez and her nursing team did a great job of taking care of my grandmother during her last days. They made her as comfortable as she could be. Well as we all know the end of life for both sides is very challenging the patient and the caretakers. When you hear hospice people expect the worst of the worst with compassus they have made this journey/ experience the total opposite. My loved one was well taken care of by Manny, Alejandro and Kristy. The registration process was great, fast and easy. The receptionist always went above and beyond to help us in some of the worst situations. If I could give this company a 10 rating I definitely would they are ALL amazing. After our loved one has past on they still offer counciling and grieving support. We love you all we will miss you all. Thank you for everything you guys did for us and are still doing. ❤️

I’ve been a PRN nurse at this hospice over the past year. The education I’ve received based in evidence based practice has been astronomical. My practice and knowledge base has grown making me a better provider. I feel honored and blessed to be with the families in our community on sometimes the worst days of their lives. We work with a multidisciplinary approach to death and dying patients. It’s been truly a privilege to serve this community in such a personal way. I would want any one on our incredibly talented team to care for me or a loved one in time of need. Compassus aims to advance well-being and honor quality of life. In my experience, our team puts people first.

Losing my Nana was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks to Compassus team, she received incredible care from the nurses, providers, hygiene aids, chaplain and more. I will forever be grateful for the warmth, love, holistic care and healing that was not only provided to my Nana- but to our whole family as well. Navigating the dying process of a loved one can be a nerve wracking and scary experience… but Compassus truly helped us through it all. Our family continued to use the grief counseling services after my Nana’s passing and will always remember the holiday cards, check in phone calls and warm wishes. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Compassus for taking care of my beautiful Nana and helping our family.
