Family and nursing care has been very helpful since the day I first called. They make it very easy to add someone or let someone go when I no longer need her, and my daytime aide is a perfect fit. I appreciate the easy way they help accomplish my every request.

Without mentioning names, the beautiful caregiver who watched my grandma in her last days was a godsend. She was there when my grandma passed and took the time to stay and support our family. She treated my grandma with the love and care that she deserves. It was the sort of care you want to be able to offer your loved ones in their last days and moments. Thank you from a deep place in our hearts.

Family & Nursing Care provided 24 hour care for my elderly Aunt within a couple days of the request. I met two of the care workers over the past 2 days and both were amazing, especially her full-time care nurse, Joan. When I arrived, Joan had bathed my aunt, changed her clothes and done her hair. My aunt looked beautiful. During the day, Joan fed her and cared for her like she was her own family. My aunt passed away that afternoon with her family by her side, including Joan! I can't say enough about the love and care my aunt received in her final days. I highly recommend Family & Nursing Care for any family who's loved ones need assistance.

I was disappointed with this agency and the caregivers that were offered. It was a constant turnover of caregivers, leaving or not being able to do the job for one reason or another. The ones who stayed consistently went on vacation and called out which leaves the burden on the family to provide care. Also, caregivers did not take initiative and seemed to think it was OK just to be a body in the residence. Some would not follow instructions, regardless of how many times they were reminded. Overall huge disappointment - the staffing part of this agency really needs to improve. There is definitely a disconnect between the staffing office and the administrative office. The long-term care insurance part of the agency was wonderful though.

Fantastic service and support, and excellent caregivers. We chose Family and Nursing Care for my father because the staff at the company said as part of the package, they would help us navigate reimbursement through long-term care insurance. They have met and exceeded every promise they made. Their customer service is as good as any company I have ever dealt with. And given the emotions and challenges of helping a family member in these situations, you need a compassionate, smart and available team like at Family and Nursing Care.
