Torchinsky Hebrew Funeral Home

My husband passed over a month ago. Joyce Torchinsky and her staff did an outstanding job of handling all arrangements to include cremation, obituary, memorial service , prayer cards etc. Ms. Torchinsky treated my sons and me like family. She was able to explain everything and to walk us through the many decisions. I knew my husband was in good hands which really was a relief in such a trying time. I can’t say enough about the quality of service and the extensive knowledge that Ms. Torchinsky displayed from the day she took over through his memorial service. Job well done.

Torchinsky was a great funeral home to work with. They were on the ball and know how to respect the Jewish customs especially in regards to expediting a funeral service. I highly recommend this funeral home. There were instances when they had items completed before I even had to ask about it.

Great place that bends over backwards to help in a difficult time. Especially great is Betsy Herold - she's conscientious, detail oriented, doesn't forget or miss a thing, makes the impossible requests happen. Driver, Mike, is also a kind soul. Prices fair, and with this kind of service - this is the place you should go if you need these services.

Before I retired, I had many opportunities to officiate at funerals arranged by Joyce Torchinsky and her staff. Without exception I've found her to be professional, personable and compassionate and ready to provide anything that I needed to better serve the mourners.
