The entire experience was easy. The advantages and disadvantages were explained, the package laid out clearly and the decisions were our. Ed won’t have to worry about burdening our kids with funeral arrangements or expenses.

I really appreciated the care and professionalism the funeral director and office staff showed during the initial planning process. Your guidance made a difficult time much easier for our family, and we truly appreciated that. I did want to share some feedback regarding the graveside portion of the service. Unfortunately, the transition from the mausoleum to the gravesite did not reflect the same level of professionalism. One of the staff members was not dressed appropriately for the occasion, which detracted from the dignity of the moment. Specifically, his clothing was ill-fitting and resulted in an inappropriate exposure of the line separating the hemispheres of his lower backside during the procession. While our family managed to find some lightness in the situation, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed moving forward. I want to be very clear that my review was a personal account of my family’s experience and was unintentionally posted under my business account due to a login error on my phone. That has since been corrected. What is concerning to me is that, despite having my direct contact information on file and being able to clearly identify my family from the details in the review, someone from your organization chose not to contact me. Instead, your team took the step of identifying my employer and contacting their corporate office. That decision feels inappropriate and unnecessary, particularly given the sensitive circumstances surrounding my family’s loss. If there were concerns about the review, a direct conversation with me would have been the appropriate and respectful course of action. Original Review: My family recently laid my brother, Christopher Mundell, to rest through your funeral home. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the funeral director we worked with showed an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. They made an unbearable situation feel manageable, and we are truly grateful for the support they provided our family. Because of that experience, it was extremely upsetting to learn that this individual is no longer with your organization. When families choose a funeral home, they are placing trust in not just the services, but in the people guiding them through grief. The level of care we received was a direct reflection of that individual, and it is concerning to see that kind of support is not being retained. While we are thankful for how our family was treated during the service itself, this situation has left us with a sense of disappointment and uncertainty about the consistency of care moving forward. I hope this is taken as an opportunity to reflect on how much of an impact compassionate staff have on grieving families—and the importance of valuing and keeping those individuals.

My family is so incredibly grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown during the loss of a beloved family member whose life was taken far too young. The entire staff treated us with kindness and respect during one of the hardest times in our lives. I want to give a very special thank you to Dani. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care for my family truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with dignity and helped guide us through such a painful time. Her support meant more to me than words can express, and I will always be grateful.

My father in law had a prepaid plan for us to utilize. The team assist in finalizing the details and helped us utilize those plans which took a great deal of pressure off of the family. I would recommend utilizing dignity for your loved ones final wishes. Thank you to Dani and the rest of the team for their great care during a difficult time.
