The customer service received for finding a plot & arranging the burial services was top notch. However, I’m still waiting for the headstone art to be approved prior to them submitting the order for the marker. It’s delaying his marker for which we were told to be about a 3 month wait before being placed on the grave. It’s enough stress to have just lost my husband…this I don’t need!
