Brando was wonderful! He made sure my plan was what I wanted & needed. He didn't try to upsell or change my mind on what I wanted. For being a sensitive subject, he handled it very professionally & compassionately.

When a loved one unexpectedly passes you don't know where to start. Leanna Moore at Newcomer's helped tremendously. She was very respectful and helped us decide what we wanted for our loved one. We didn't feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't need. We had so many compliments. What about what a beautiful service my son had. And Leanna facilitated it all. With out her guidance I don't know what we would have done. Also Newcomer's is a beautiful facility.

Kylie was so sweet and amazing to work with! Made things very simple and seamless. We were so blessed to have been able to work with her and her team!

The funeral advisor was excellent. Very clear process. Very good service. No pressure sales except for comments that prices could go up if we wait a few weeks to make final decisions. My only criticism is the price. Clearly middle class people won’t be able to afford respectable burials in the future.

Floral Hills is an amazing funeral home to work with when end of life comes. We unfortunately have called upon them twice since 2023. Both times we had amazing compassionate support and they delivered all that was promised. For my mom’s service they also handled all the catering for the lunch. It made for a seamless transition from celebration of life, lunch, to the graveside. What a blessed day it was! My mom was a huge KC Royals fan. We were able to paint her vault royal blue! Forever royal!
