Peter and team were amazing to work with! My wife and I retained them for estate planning documents. They had a variety of resources to easily explain the process, meetings were efficient and engaging, and everyone was incredibly responsive. Daria was our paralegal and main contact, and I never had to worry about a thing.

Update: after my review, I did receive a call and talked to Peter for quite a while. He was apologetic and seemed to think the system he had was not working well. There are some other reviews that may indicate the same. At that point I had already hired another lawyer to handle the issue. Peter offered some advice that was helpful and if I needed anything to call him. Original: Seemed promising to assist our family, however, it all fell apart. Scheduled an appointment through the automated system (could not get a human on the phone). I was texted and e-mailed to call Peter directly. I called at the time of appointment and was sent directly to voicemail. Called again and tried to get an operator... voicemail. Left messages. No response. I called again the next day to the same result. I let a few days pass and tried one final time.... same. Peter called me shortly after that and seemed confused -- as I was on the phone dealing with another issue asked if we could talk later. He said to call him... sorry, I'd been down that path. I suggested that he call me back when he had 10 minutes to discuss. NO call. A few days later, I received an automated e-mail thanking me for the conversation.... which didn't happen.

They do a good job with whatever they end up working on but could work on better communication. I initially reached out to this firm for estate planning needs in 2023 and they did an exceptional job. I had several meetings with Peter. Although his communication style was short, I still chose to work with him because of his confidence and overall reviews. Initial estate planning signing and execution were done at his office and seamless. I reached out to update my estate planning documents in 2025. This time they did not offer in office signing and execution. Around that time, I requested assistance with creating an LLC. I initially reached out via email on 8/21and included his paralegal in the chain who advised me to talk about it with him in a meeting I had set for other matters. I did, and Peter agreed it was something he would do. I received no further communication regarding the LLC. I reached out again to the paralegal on 9/22 and she replied that she would speak to Peter about it. We are now in 2026 and I have not received a response. I went with another attorney. A follow through on what you say you will do would have been appreciated.

I contacted Peter Antonoplos to handle a deed transfer for our property in Reston, VA. We had an initial online meeting on December 30th where he agreed to take the case. Per his request, I promptly sent all the necessary legal documents (Deed, Trust Certification, etc.) via encrypted email on January 2nd. Since sending those documents, I received zero communication. Jan 2: Sent all requested documents. No acknowledgement of receipt. Jan 7: Sent a polite follow-up asking for an update. No response. Jan 8: Forced to terminate services due to lack of contact. Estate planning and real estate transfers rely on trust and communication. It is unacceptable for an attorney to take a case, receive sensitive legal documents, and then completely ignore the client's follow-ups. We lost a week waiting for him and are now having to start over with a new firm. I cannot recommend this office if you value responsiveness or your time.

My experience with Peter Antonoplos for Estate Planning was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful during our consultation, patiently explaining everything. Even better, the in-office meeting was just as thorough and reassuring. The office staff at Antonoplos & Associates is amazing – truly a top-tier firm.
