If you are a service provider - be aware! they dont pay! we provided cleaning services last April and until now they are avoiding payment. be careful of Nicky King - never available, never answers her phone. We will start legal procedure to collect the debt but such a shameful act from people who ordered services and now refuse to pay.

I applied for senior living @ this facility around 2017 during that time I was homeless living out of my car. During that time I came in, filled out an application informed the young lady in the office that I was homeless, and I didn't have a address to put on the application. The young lady in the office, told me as long as I have a phone number and Email address someone will call, or send you a email when the apartment becomes available for me. I said Ok I continued to fill out the application and left a $30. application fee, within (8) months I called to check the status of my application, she said I'm real close, and someone would be calling me shortly! Another (2) months has passed and I called back, this time the same young lady told me that she sent notices to me and others about the apartment, she knew that I was homeless so where did she send the notice. They knew from the start that I wasn't going to be called in when the time came, they just wanted to collect on application fees that are non-refundable. With all that was said, I'm blessed because of the complaints the current tenants were giving me about Mold plumbing issues, electrical problems etc. I'm glad I wasn't called, because I would have to move again.

I have Resided @ victory square since 2012 & have enjoyed my stay. Managment has been like family to me including the maintenance staff. If I had any issues with my unit or around the property, they have been on it. Thanks Angela,Ketu,Sam & John. Keep up the good work....
