The staff there are very friendly. It makes for a comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed the music session that my friend Jason Munnerlyn provided for the residents. Thanks you to Tina Bailey and her staff for hosting

I had an exceptional experience touring this beautiful building. I even got to sit and speak with one of the residents whose wife is in memory care here. He shared his life story and how amazing his experience here has been, even helping him better understand the difficulties of dementia so he can better care for his wife! A truly wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

By far one of the most beautiful communities, I've been in An awesome place for mom or dad. Where's staff displays compassion?\n As well as involve residents with activities in special events regularly.

Giving three stars because the building itself is nice and the workers who actually work with the patients do their best, but the process with management was more stressful than I'd hoped. I recently moved my mother in there and they don't handle paperwork very well. The people in management positions seem to come and go and paperwork seemingly gets lost or not given. Hard to get someone on the phone or know who to talk to. If the exact person you need to talk to isn't in, you won't be able to get ANY information. When we moved my mother in, we didn't find out until we were physically about to walk into her room that her roommate had COVID and the room needed to be sprayed. I also gave them the paperwork for direct deposit and I haven't heard anything back from the several times I've called, and rents due in a couple days. Also, after I gave them a cashier check for the first month of rent, they didn't seem to know for sure where it was a couple weeks later. Thankfully they found it, but their uncertainty of where a the check was made me worry.
Again, the med techs and staff who work for/with the patients are excellent, but the management has been a bit off for $6k-$7k a month. My mom says that the food is good, and that the med techs are fun so that's been nice. If you're choosing this place, be ready to have copies of everything and always bring them with you.

Seems like home! Beautiful establishment for your aging family member. The environment is bright and cheerful, lots of wonderful activities, including gardening and art. Food is really good! I would definitely recommend King‘s Grant for warm and cozy living!
