Anytime I needed help with anything the staff was quick to answer the call. I felt confident Mom was in good hands and I trusted she was getting the very best care. The activities were stimulating, the food was fresh and prepared well, and the attention she received was refreshing. Bickford of Virginia Beach cared for my mother for over five years. We recently moved her to another state due to a change in family circumstances. I wanted to share that Bickford took great care of my mother during her stay there. The facility is clean, bright, and well maintained. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. The staff is professional and caring. Loryn, Heather, Tiaqua, Billie, and Leroy all have my gratitude for their service to the community and for the care that they provided my mother. Bickford of Virginia Beach is a great Assisted, Independent and Memory care facility. I have been there many times professionally as a first responder and the staff has always been helpful in caring for their residents.
