John and Debbie did an excellent job pairing my mom with a companion care person who is PERFECT for her! John and Debbie listened to what I wanted for my mom and the type of person she would respond well to (she has extremely short term memory loss/dementia) and they hired the exact right person. Our caregiver Jenny is very knowledgeable about people with my mom's memory problems and has made my mom feel safe while keeping her mentally active and entertained. I know that John and Debbie offer the DementiaWise training to all their caregivers on how to interact with dementia clients. Jenny must've gotten an A+ in the class! I also appreciate the communication from Cindy the scheduler in making sure the shifts that I want our caregiver to come are covered. She works with my ever changing schedule and is flexible in moving shifts around (after checking with Jenny). I know that my supremely independent, stubborn mom is safe and well cared for while I'm away - and best of all she is content and happy when I return. I can't thank John and Debbie enough for the work they do with Comforcare - it clearly shows in the quality of their employees and staff.

John and his wife and the entire Comfor Care team are wonderful. They assisted our family for the last 3 years of my Mom's life. We started out with daily care and as my mom needed more care of the last 3 years they adjusted with our needs. The quality of people was excellent we had regular care givers but periodically there are changes due to schedule and just life, each time we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of each person Comfor Care sent us.
