We enjoyed a comprehensive tour of the community and the grounds with Executive Director Brittany, starting with a delicious lunch. we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and especially the amazing chef. Residents seem happy and engaged.

Two and a half years ago, a dear friend who had dementia, lost his spouse/caregiver suddenly. Since it was no longer safe for him to live on his own and had no family, my husband and I stepped in to become his caregivers and POA. I began the search for an Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility. After touring several, I came across Hollywood Hills Senior Living and was given a tour by their lovely Marketing Director, Jana. I knew then that this would be the perfect living situation for our friend. The beautifully designed lobby/reception area was as warm and welcoming as all of the staff I met that day. He moved into his beautiful, light filled, 2 bedroom apartment in Assisted Living which we furnished with all of his favorite pieces, artwork and 2 cats! The entire staff was always in touch and worked with me on transportation to all of his many Doctor's appointments over the years. When his health began to fail several months ago, Vanessa Jewell, the Regional Director (who is AMAZING!), went to great lengths to guide us and help us transition him into another apartment on their Memory Care floor. There he received exceptional care, 24 hours a day, from an incredibly diligent and trusted team of caregivers. Unfortunately, he passed away recently, but we couldn't have asked for a more outstanding community, from an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to providing their residents with the utmost care and loving support they deserve. I recently attended a Health Fair at Hollywood Hills Senior Living and the community is absolutely breathtaking! It has the charm of old Hollywood, but everything has been brought to today’s standards and modern amenities. I was taken on a tour by their Dir. of Community Relations Angel, and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and wonderful. I also met their Executive Director Vanessa, and she treated us like royalty. If you’re considering a community in Hollywood or surrounding areas, there’s no better place than Hollywood Hills Senior Living.

Moved my elderly uncle into the Hollywood Hills Senior Living from his home of 30 years after it became evident he needed around the clock attention and assistance. The staff have been wonderful in caring for him, seeing that he has what he needs but also allowing him to have his own space and make decisions for himself within safe parameters. Everyone that works there has been convivial and attentive. Keith Bernabe, Resident Services Dir and the staff have responded to each request or need with responsibility and care. He has made many new friends and joined in social activities which keep his day filled. He loves the dining experience with the quality meals and table service. Especially the home made soups. It takes a huge load off the family to have him there where we know he is safe, cared for and feels at home.

As someone who works closely with seniors and their families, I’ve referred several clients to this beautiful senior living community in the Hollywood Hills — and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The level of care, warmth, and attention the staff provides truly sets this place apart. Every resident I’ve sent has felt welcomed, supported, and most importantly, at home. I especially love working with Angel and her team — they’re truly amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication shine through in every interaction. They go above and beyond to ensure each transition is smooth and every resident feels seen, valued, and cared for. The environment is not only stunning, but also thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and engagement. It’s a place where seniors can thrive, and I’m always confident knowing my referrals are in such capable and compassionate hands.
