Devante Gains and all his staff were absolutely 💯 percent. From the 1st day til my son's services. They made sure we understood everything with patience and professionalism. We had extra pictures, a balloon prop, they excepted. They made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend Grace Funeral Service. God bless 🙏

I have not used Grace Funeral Home’s services, but I have had the opportunity to witness founder Devontai’s compassion and genuine care for people. The empathy and respect he shows in difficult situations speaks volumes about the integrity and heart behind this business. Lubbock is fortunate to have a funeral home led with this level of care.

My experience with Grace Funeral and Cremation Care was the most amazing. They are just not a funeral home they are family. The personnel goes above and beyond to meet all your expectations. I’ve been to different funeral home and they are dark and feel cold. Grace funeral home treats everyone with love, warmth and respect. Best in West Texas.

This is more about the owner, the gentleman Trenton, took great care. There was a mistake on a blanket that was for my mom’s memory with my sisters, my dad and I, they put the wrong picture. We told them of the mistake and was promised a new one. Next day the owner is blaming us but says he’d rather spend the $105 dollars than get a 1 star, not because he cares but for his stats on google. 2 weeks later this guys tells us we can pay for and goes back on his word. He will also say they didn’t get the right pictures from us, but we have screen shots. The whole service wasn’t the best but damn you could have at least spent another 105 dollars on a blanket to make it a little right for us.

Trenton was really nice, answered any questions I had and helped as much as he could. The rest of the experience was a mess. From the dead plants surrounding the building, to the mess up on our “memory blanket.” The pics that were sent were not used. Devonte (the owner) tried to say I sent the wrong ones. They offered to fix it and then tried to make US pay for it. My mom looked nothing like the pics we showed them. I understood she wouldn’t look exactly like she did, but her lips were overlined and glossy, her eyebrows looked like they just went with a sharpie, it was bad. There was no tissue for guest or trash cans. A lady came out at the end of the “celebration” and bragged about what they did for us… basically trying to find more clientele. THIS WAS MY MOMS CELEBRATION OF LIFE, not an advertisement.
