We mostly had a good experience, however when we asked that the contract be modified to reflect that payment was coming from the funeral home instead of from us directly, the individual helping us took offense and got very belligerent. Made my mother cry during a time that was already difficult. Some customer service training might be in order.

Our family has used peaceful gardens for many years! The Assiter's and their staff at Peaceful Gardens are very loving and kind! They helped during our time of grief! They also provided help to us after our loved ones passed by helping us choose flowers or a marker for our loved ones! We are very pleased with all of their services! Thank you so much Peaceful Gardens for being there for us during our loss of a loved one!

Everyone beware…Very poor service!!! We ordered a head stone for my sister on April 12th of 2024 and it was approved 2 weeks later. We were told it would take 12 weeks to arrive and we were completely lied to!!! It got put on her grave 2 weeks ago, 5 months after we had paid. So anyone trying to order a stone through them be cautious and alert, because they are liar!!! They are quick to take your money but drag both feet to make it!!! We are very very upset!!!

My grandfathers funeral at this place was more than a disaster. First of all to start the casket was supposed to be black and the day of the funeral we showed up the casket was blue. Also when my family was mourning the loss of him and watching the slideshow of his life, the company kept having a slideshow error and the video would stop then the person who was operating the computer would come out and mess with the TV(not just 3 times either). Then when it ended, and it was time to go bury him we left to the cemetery; following the hearse with the police escort. It was ridiculous having to follow the driver he was going fast making it hard for me and the rest of my family to keep up. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the money you put in.
