I would give zero stars if I could. My brother has been treated horribly by their social worker Rudo (who isn't even licensed to practice in Wisconsin) and has been subjected to unnecessary stress and anxiety with their constant talk of discharging him. He was literally left with the impression that if he does not die fast enough for their preferences, he would be put out on the street. Not a single person bothered to explain to our family that their services are meant to be VERY short term when the hospital sent him there after choosing comfort care, we were told that my brother would be able to stay there until he passes. Apparently, that's not how it works, even though he is progressively declining every day. The nurses seem to be the only ones who care at all about his wellbeing as he approaches his passing, but they don't have the power to override this social worker who seems to have one goal of keeping the entire ward completely empty of patients. Zero compassion for the terminally ill or their families here.

This February, my father had to go into hospice. When I first got guardianship of him, I had no idea his cancer was never in remission. When I got to see him, he was in so much pain and he was just extremely uncomfortable. We gave him one last rode down south to us with the help of the hospital in Ladysmith and the transport company. From the moment my father got into this hospice and the time he passed, they took great care of him. They stayed on top of the meds. If we had questions, someone always was available to answer or they got someone to answer. They always listened and were respectful. I am confident in this choice I made and I am confident in their care they give. Thank you Accent Care for helping to ease my father's pain and making him comfortable during the last few weeks we had with him. I will always be grateful for you guys.

My mom was transferred from Froedtert Hospital to Seasons on a Saturday. From the moment she got there, she was treated with the utmost respect, as was the rest of my family. The first person I talked to (admissions maybe?) gave me a great first impression. The nurses are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They made sure to tell us if we feel our mom wasn't comfortable or wanted her meds changed, it was up to us. People are there to be comfortable until the end of their lives, and I know my mom was. She passed away a week later after a few days completely unresponsive. During those days, while I just sat there visiting her, she had music therapy come in, nurses came in several times an hour to just check on her. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The nurse who called me during the middle of the night to give me the news about my mom was.. there is one word for her.. angelic. Her voice was so calming and warming when I got the worst news of my life. I can't remember any names because, well that wasn't my focus. 5 stars to them!

My family is so thankful for the care my mother received while at Seasons Hospice. Even though she never regained consciousness, the staff showed her and my family so much kindness. They polished her nails (my mother would have loved this), provided music therapy and always made her, and our family as comfortable as possible. Chad and Wendy were especially wonderful. Our family received privacy, but also a listening ear when needed. Thank you!
