Given the level of respect for the National Whistleblower Center, I trusted the referral. He's busy, he's a lawyer and handles pretty much everything himself so it's to be expected; however, I got all the attention I needed on this matter. No missed deadlines, all submissions were timely and responsiveness was excellent. In any of these situations, you have to have a decent head on your shoulders with reasonable expections, and copies of all the receipts.
