The Bonifant at Silver Spring

The Bonifant is an ideal location and I feel safe living here. My maintenance request last week was handled very effectively and efficiently. Our apartment management and staff are polite and knowledgeable. I'm also enjoying living here partly because of our Resident Service Coordinator Tammy. Although I only moved in two weeks ago, I already feel right at home. The management staff is very attentive and courteous. They welcomed me with open arms and kept in touch with me from the minute I inquired about moving in up until I actually moved in. Lorena and GeAnn stayed in touch with me either by phone or email and helped me navigate the rental process. They both treated me like I was a v.i.p. Since moving to Bonifant Apartments in Silver Spring MD in August 2020, I have nothing but praise for the staff as well as the community. Which I had known of The Bonifant a few years ago. So pleased, after my first year, that I signed a two year lease during my recent renewal.

When me and my mom started searching for comfortable living for us came across the Bonifant. The place was very beautiful staff was extremely nice and helpful and the apartment complex have many perks. I felt that bottle for is a nice safe and fun place to live.
