Working with Michelle during one of the most difficult times of my life was truly a blessing. Outside of her professionalism and attention to detail - you can tell that she truly cares and understands what people are going through after the loss of a loved one. While not in her job description; her innate ability to navigate emotions and complex family dynamics with grace is what truly sets her apart in my eyes.
