Rainier Manor Apartments Senior Living

My senior apartment search is over, thanks to Ms. Dionne. She took me on a tour and the apartments were beautiful. Ms. Dionne was very caring and professional. Her demeanor is awesome. I can see that she cares about the residents as well as the visitors. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She brings smiles to everybody's faces when they see her. She is such a joy to be around. I felt like I knew her for a long time. Ms. Dionne is a keeper. I can't wait until I move in. The entire staff was wonderful. I felt so welcomed. My experience with Rainier Manor has been excellent. Dionne and Janay were great to work with. From the day I met Dionne when she showed me the community to the day I moved in she has been professional, pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Her overall being is just awesome. Her genuine kindness and great personality are the best. It was a pleasure working with her. The location of the community is also great. It’s walking distance to metro buses/station and also various stores.

My experience with the new staff at Rainier Manor is great. A big difference is seen with how professional and concerned Dionne and Janae are. Concerns are taken seriously and the get back to you quickly with results, or recommendations. Dionne is welcoming, always smiling and speaking when you pass by the front desk. She doesn't miss anyone coming or going. Jane's is also welcoming, helpful and show concern with the residents. Its a good feeling knowing that we are appreciated here and it shows.

It was a great experience working with Dionne Durham. From the moment I walked on the premises, she greeted me warmly and gave a great tour of the property. I could tell that she's very personable and the Residents love her. She made the signing your life away experience a good one.

Dionne Durham was excellent! She worked hard and effortlessly with my family to get my brother into Rainier Manor. Her professionalism and personality can't be matched. She is outstanding!
