I need to have a Will and Living Trust created by a professional and after reading Speedwell Law, PLLC reviews, I called them to set up an initial call. I just completed the initial call with Christopher Heredia that was an excellent start to help me in accomplishing my goals. Chris was great…very professional, friendly, excellent listener and knowledgeable. Next steps were clearly given and a quotation will be sent shortly. Arjan and his team at Speedwell were fantastic throughout this experience of drawing up our trust documents. My husband and I desperately needed to update our wills and set up trusts for our 2 children. Our will had last been done when our 34 year old son was a newborn! Misha was patient and very informative and helped us hash through a few issues on how to structure our trust. It has been a few years since we set up all of this and have had some wonderful life changes. Both our kids are married and both have had babies, so we plan to set up a follow-up appointment with Misha to see what we need to change. I sent my closest friend to him and she had a great experience, too.

Several years ago, after moving to Virginia from the Pacific Northwest, I wanted to update my Will and other related documents. I saw an ad for Speedwell Law and spoke to the founder, Michael (Misha) Gill. The process was transparent and easy. The documents prepared were in excellent order. So, again when an update was necessary it made sense to have Speedwell Law handle the process. This time, Attorney Arjan Grover prepared the documents which include a Trust. The preliminary Zoom meeting gave me and all involved the confidence to move forward. Attorney Grover is a good listener and thoughtful. Questions asked were answered thoroughly and patiently. The meeting to go over the drafts was efficient and close to a finished product. I filled out several forms prior with essential information and all was handled over Zoom and electronically. The signing was in person with a Witness and Notary. Was easy based on their preparation. All in all, the experience was positive. I happily would work with Attorney Grover again and the staff at Speedwell and highly recommend this firm.
