I’m I have worked with 4 different hospice companies. Accent twice while last experience was not the best experience this time it is definitely the worst. Each ( and there’s a lot) healthcare provider is on a different page. I consider this the do it yourself hospice plan. Whatever this company is being paid is too much! No support, no call no show, aides at their convenience not patients family. Very bad experience! After reaching out with complaints the director got right back with my concerns. Somehow we slipped through the cracks. On track now and my mother is totally at peace. Thank you for addressing my issues and helping us through this process.

AccentCare is currently providing care for my loved one. Their staff is kind, compassionate, communicative and professional. We have been especially impressed by Nurses Ashley and Sabrina, Aide Shalanda, Social Worker Alisa, Chaplain Janine, Music Therapist Kristen, Volunteer Manager Mary and Volunteer Maureen. This is a hard journey and AccentCare has brought much relief. We are lucky to have them by our side through it all.

My family and I chose AccentCare Hospice to help care for our Mom. They helped us get her immediately signed on to hospice and home from the hospital very quickly. Her care teams were kind, empathetic, attentive, and available to us every time we needed them or had any questions at all. My mom felt very comfortable and supported during the times when she was still well enough to be involved in her care. During her last days, the care team was incredible. AccentCare always answers and provided our family an experience that was far greater than what we could’ve imagined and we are so grateful.
