Heartland Hospice

Both my parents were under Heartland Hospice care. The supervisor that would come to my house was Maria Rey. We developed a relationship that was very much like a friendship. If I called Maria with a concern, she was on it right away no matter what time or day of the week. She was always pleasant and uplifting even when my parents would get a little difficult. I am forever grateful to her and Heartlands services.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion provided by Heartland Hospice South Miami. The entire team was professional, attentive, responsive, and incredibly supportive, especially Alik Llanes. Thanks to their attention, my mom had a peaceful transition and I sincerely also greatly appreciated their support throughout a most difficult time. Highly recommended. ❤️

Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Heartland team who cared for my mother during the last few months of her life. Ever Rodriguez, her case manager, was an exceptionally compassionate and professional nurse. My mother truly adored him, and his kindness meant so much to both of us. Milagros Martinez and Olga Alonso were two incredible caregivers who provided her with attentive and gentle personal care. And last but certainly not least, Maria Elena Garcia and Luidmaila Lamelas, the continued care nurses, were absolutely amazing throughout. Thank you all for the dedication, warmth, and dignity you showed my mother. It will never be forgotten.
