LakeView Sharp HospiceCare

There are no words to express how grateful I am for the Sharp Hospice team and the team at the LakeView home. The care and compassion they provided to not only my mom but to our whole family was incredible. As a nurse and Sharp employee, I couldn't be more pleased with the care and service from this team. They truly made a difference in a very difficult time for our family. The home was also so beautiful and peaceful.

Let's get this straight, in 2017 mom was there, their rules are to put your loved one to permanent rest before 5 days. The staff cooks up a huge meal for themselves and doesn't care that you are there for days They don't invite you nor do they give you kitchen access. They then blame the family member (me) of false aligations and tells all the family members and now 7 years later I'm still hearing from my family that I killed my own mother. This hospice did some serious damage to my family and me . I was told by the female head doctor about she needed to be deceased within 5 days or the state will question why is she still alive. 7 years later and this is the damage this hospice did to me. They lie to cover their own wrong doings

My son’s father recently passed away a couple of days ago and the family’s experience at Lakeview was phenomenal. Nurse Wendy, Bianca and the other staff members were very attentive and gentle with my son’s father during his short time there before passing away. They were very informative about his condition and displayed great bedside manners at all times. Thank you again for everything you’ve done to make this difficult time a little more comforting. I highly recommend this facility.

LakeView deserves more than 5 stars. My Dad was recently in LakeView and not only did they take such good care of him, they also took care of me. My Dad was in LakeView for two weeks prior to me coming into town to see him. He took a quick downturn right before I got there and the doctor and nurses let me stay with my Dad at LakeView until he passed. My Dad spoke so highly of the care at LakeView and in his last few days, the nurses and staff also took such great care of me, even going above and beyond to feed me - both cooking for me and ordering food in for me. I cannot express how grateful I was to be surrounded, and have my Dad surrounded, by such care and love. They made my Dad comfortable and gave him a peaceful and warm environment and that's all we can really hope for for our loved ones. But the extent everyone at LakeView went to to go above and beyond really warms my heart. Everyone from the doctor to the RNs, aids, social workers, the homemaker, even the volunteers, I can't thank enough for taking such great care of my Dad and looking after me during my final days with my Dad.

My mom was a patient back in February of 2013. I cannot day enough about how loving and compassionate the staff and nurses were. Although she did pass; she passed with the dignity and respect that she deserved. I will never forget any of them.
