My mum M Bell had the best care from everyone. The doctors always checked not just my mum but also my dad and I were OK and answered all questions. She has now moved to Sidcup care home
UPDATE mum died 30.04.2025 but not in pain

If I could give this place 10 stars I 100% would. They took care of my nan and were so friendly.
My nan did sadly pass away here and nurses had her moved to a private room where we could all say our goodbyes and be with her in her last hours. They came to check on us every couple of hours and offered us hot drinks and anything we needed, the last night we spent with my nan we were all allowed to sleep with her around her bed.
They offered to be referred to someone to talk to and a couple of nurses would even join us outside to have a chat. They made my nans final hours beautiful and private I cry just even thinking about it. After so many hospital visits and transfers and so many sleepless nights when she got placed here it was the most peaceful place to be and I personally could not have asked anything more for her.
I experienced so much heartache and pressured arguments with so many other places and people that when I saw how peaceful she was here and how peaceful the atmosphere was I finally felt at peace knowing she was in good hands even if I left for 15 mins.
with that I kindly thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is a place, where dignity, care, compassion, pain management and efficient nursing and medical care is reached to its excellence. People (staff) listen, think out of box and you have a chance to make the best in the worst circumstances of the life.
They looked after my dying husband and our family extremely well. I was feeling as a part of the team, nothing was too petite or too big, none of our problems were ever dismissed. They welcomed all our family in their care (including my 3 year old son and mother in law who does not speak english).
They managed the pain of my husband that even Oncology specialists could not manage at Guys hospital.
The food was excellent, very appetising, nice arranged on the plate that actually made patient hungry. Husband used to drink goat milk, they provided that for him.
The care was great, nurses, doctors, HCAs, receptionist, kitchen staff, cleaners and the other staff were always nice and polite.
There is a beautiful garden with a kids play area that my son adored.
It must feel privilege to work in this Hospice.
Thank you for all your care.

My month had 3 months & stayed here just a few days shy of a month. I visited her every other day due to the pandemic and as someone who worked as a nurse for nearly 3 decades, she was hard to please, but She gave my whole family nothing but good praises about this place. Being only 10mins away from her home, she still felt at home. The staff were friendly and they made her comfortable more than I could have ever managed. The last voice notes from her are positive feedback regarding the service. Thank you for your service, Forever grateful, Mason. R.I.P E.H
