Truly awful experience at the end with my father. Completely disorganized and incompetent, from dispatching nurses (who they dispatched to us but later said they lost contact with) to ordering prescription medications (which they said were not ordered but were actually ordered) to completely misdiagnosing the imminence of my father’s passing (resulting in not us not having enough oxygen to keep him comfortable in his final hours), this organization is a complete and total disaster. They somehow managed to make the most awful situation more awful.

Ogechi's help was EXACTLY what we needed and when - 3am. Thank God.
