Michael is truly talented and creative. He has a natural gift for making gorgeous arrangements and creates a process so you can do so as well. The ability to make arrangements for my family is even more special! loved my workshop and look forward to another.

I really liked the class. I wish I could have done the whole class but instead I did only 2 days because I had a work vacation planned. I will definitely go back and bring some of my friends with me. I had a great experience! And learned a lot in 2 days.

I took the 1 day course (1p-4:30p) with my friend and had a great time. We started on time and actually finished a little early, (which I didn’t mind because of traffic 🙂‍↔️) Micheal and his assistants were very personable and after we went around the room introducing ourselves, we got right to it - no sitting around killing time. We created 3 bouquets and by the second one, I realized that this is truly something anyone can do, if they have the right techniques. Micheal went around the room giving feedback on how to improve and gave praise when we achieved the desired look. Although I initially thought the class was pricey, I believe I received the value of what I paid for sure. The ONLY thing I didn’t like, was the fact that we had to fill out a paper form with our credit card information, to pay the balance. He then used a reader app (like Square) to take the credit card payment. I don’t see why we wrote the information down if there was going to be a card reader. Do I think something malicious is going on? NO. It’s just an extra step that’s not needed, in my opinion. I’m interested in taking the full course, when time and finances permit.

Michael is a wealth of knowledge and information! He holds nothing back as he freely shares his vast experience and expertise with all of his students. With humor and a quick wit he provides constructive criticism which yields a fun environment to learn and grow. He keeps his class structured so students can fully absorb and capture his design principles and elements. He also allows for our own unique artistic expression, within the appropriate bounds. He is a true pioneer in the floral industry, and I am grateful to have experienced, both first hand and up close, Michael’s design courses. I look to joining his new classes in the near future and learning more of what he has to offer!

This course was worth every penny. I took the two day version and am sorry to think about what I will miss by not taking the whole week. I have no experience but was able to produce arrangements from the instruction that I am incredibly proud of. Mike is offering an incredible level of knowledge and experience distilled into key principles and practices. It is excellent! I hope to take the full week sometime in the future.
