Flowers On Fourteenth

BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered flowers from here and were extremely disappointed. The arrangement arrived damaged, wilted, and clearly past its prime. To make matters worse, the flowers were left on the sidewalk instead of being delivered to the door. The arrangement also looked nothing like what was promised in the photos and was far more sparse than advertised. It honestly felt like they were trying to shortchange customers and hoping no one would notice. Overall, a very poor experience and a terrible florist. Given their average rating of 2.8 and plenty of one-star reviews, I cannot understand how they are still in business.

I had a really good experience with Flowers on 14th and just wanted to share. I was ordering from out of state and things got a little complicated, but the woman who helped me (I think her name was Mercedes) was so kind and patient the entire time. She really took the time to make sure everything was handled right, which I appreciated. She made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel a lot easier, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you again!

Trust the other reviews on here. I ordered flowers, chocolates, and a nice card to be delivered to my partner on valentines day. She decided not to go into the office, so I needed to change the delivery address. I called the store 37 times, texted them, and messaged them on Facebook with no replies. I ended up leaving work and driving to the store so I could finally contact someone. The guy had the nerve to ask if I'd tried calling to update the address lol. Delivery was a nightmare. They delivered some guys birthday flowers to my girlfriend. The card had his name, address, phone number, and an intimate message from his partner on it. Not only is it nearly impossible to have mistakenly delivered them 20 minutes from his address, but it's also a safety issue giving out his personal info that way. Unfortunately, neither his flowers or the other ones he got instead were in good shape. Almost all of them seemed to be a few days after their peak bloom and were already on the decline. I ended up meeting the guy who's flowers she got halfway to make sure he at least gets his birthday bouquet. He gave me the other flowers he got in exchange and I brought them back to the store this morning. Literally the ONLY decent part of this experience is that they didn't try fighting me for the refund. I spent $150+ and would have had a better experience doordashing flowers from Costco. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's clear I should have trusted the other reviews. Just imagine if you had this experience after ordering flowers for a wedding or a funeral..

Ordered flowers for delivery to a business address. The driver dropped the flowers off on a curb at the wrong business address. Upon calling to discuss this, the call was transferred to a rude woman (who has been referenced before in other complaints) who offered no regard for where the flowers were or how it was handled. We placed the order via FTD. A couple of things could have made this better, the woman on the phone could have called her driver and straightened this out, or the driver could have called the business to clarify the delivery instructions. Neither happened. Both failed. And furthermore, your driver must think your flowers are TRASH since they left them on a curb. Absolutely no concern for ensuring the pricey flowers in glass vase were delivered safely and securely to a human or at a minimum inside of the correct building. Highly disappointed. This business lacks customer service and basic problem solving skills. Clearly they do not value their mediocre flowers or their customers!

Great experience with ordering from local florist. Better-than-average pricing and the bouquet was beautiful. When researching, I saw some 1-star reviews which showed the actual flowers looking less impressive than the photos; but for me, I felt like the real flowers was just as good if not better than the photos. Pictured is the standard Deluxe (lowest-priced) Wondrous Nature Bouquet.
