Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. My family unfortunately was not financially prepared for his loss but this place made it affordable for us and even offered plans to make the financial process as easy as possible. Thank you Tim and the man who picked up my dad after his passing for just being so kind. I unfortunately do not remember that man's name but I am grateful.

My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. Cassandra the owner and an additional staff member came to the house. Cassandra was very professional but more importantly extremely compassionate. She immediately removed her jewelry and personally handed it to me. I felt very comfortable placing my mother in her care. Cassandra was so kind. I was unable to express my gratitude at the time, but wish to thank Cassandra and her staff for making me feel confident that my mother would be treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff was amazing! During a very painful time the staff of All Options Funeral Home was there for my family. They were compassionate, attentive to our every need and request. Sandy Khneiger, the funeral director and owner, did absolutely everything we asked and more. The fee for their services was much lower than I had expected but there was no scrimping on the care that they provided to our loved one. I cannot say enough good things about what they did for us. I will recommend All Options to everyone that I know in need. Thanks Sandy and staff!

If I could give Sandy a 10 star review I would. She was an absolute angel to us during the worst few days of our life. We feel like she's a member of our family for how loving, compassionate and kind she is. And Sandy is a maestro at her craft. The way she dressed & did our daughter's makeup and hair and placed her so delicately in the casket, our daughter looked as lovely as she was in life, was simply resting peacefully, and would wake any moment to hug us. We took way longer than expected to say our final farewells in Sandy's lovely chapel and Sandy was so patient with us. Sandy's fees were much lower than other funeral homes we received quotes from but her personal attention was so much better that I believe she far and away provides much, much more value than her peers. Sandy personally drove our daughter's casket to the cemetery and held our daughter's dog during the graveside service. There was a glitch in the death certificate process and Sandy's team creatively resolved it. I'm recommending All Options to everyone I know. This isn't just a job to Sandy, it's a ministry. Sandy is wonderful! She genuinely cares for her clients and wants the best for all. She was so helpful and compassionate when my mom passed away a year ago and with the recent loss of my dad this year. She connects with everyone on such a personal level and treats them like family.
