Neptune Society

I would give Neptune Society a 1000 stars if I could! The first time I trusted Neptune Society was in Washington state for my Dad. They did a beautiful job! Here in Arizona, Olivia & Elizabeth and the front desk were so kind & caring! They made a sad situation so easy. Folks, if you haven’t preplanned, do it now! I didn’t want to make a lot of decisions while grieving. Do it for your loved ones who will responsible to make arrangements.

I think if you want to make arrangements for your or a loved one’s death that are simple, dignified and not costly, Neptune Society is for you. The staff was courteous, professional and concerned. Everything went smoothly and as planned.

In a time of immense stress and grief, the staff at the Tempe branch of The Neptune Society were kind, professional, and low-pressure. They helped me honor my late fiance's wish to be cremated. It's now up to us, his family and friends, to give his ashes to the wind and grass of a place he loved. The Neptune Society did their part with grace and empathy.

We had an excellent experience with Neptune when my mom passed away. We are so grateful she had taken care of all details for us through Neptune. This is a wonderful idea, the pre arranging and paying for the cremation and/or burial costs for your survivors. It made things so much easier for us when dealing with her loss and with all the other details we had to take care of that aren't related to the burial. All of the process with Neptune went smoothly! Olivia took care of all of the details she was responsible for promptly and correctly, and was kind and compassionate.

After we purchased a plan from Neptune my wife and I feel much more at ease for when the time comes. Neptune's planner Charlie walked us through the whole process. He was very informative and patient. We are confident that Neptune will be there for us when we need them.
