Service was absolutely amazing- definitely recommend! We felt pressured by other companies to make up our minds, but Mr Vitali took our family's concerns for my son's headstone seriously and personally and addressed each one of them. He was very patient when we changed our minds about the wording, fonts, etc. After having chosen what we wanted, the process was very quick.
