This facility has been a great place for my father-in-law’s care, and I especially want to recognize the people who make it feel that way day after day. Attendants: Diana, Winsom, Ramona, and Rahmona Nursing staff: Madeline, Gloria, Fabian, and Patty Support staff: Alejandro the activities director, Steve in maintenance Administrative staff: Tara, Meryl, and Iliana Physical therapy staff: Angel and Samantha These are the people who truly stand out. They show patience, empathy, and real commitment, even in a job that I know can be demanding. They never make us feel like my father-in-law is a burden, and that means more than I can say. Their kindness, consistency, and care have made a real difference for our family. Not everyone is built for this job, and not everyone treats the patients here as if they’re their own family, but the people above deserve recognition for exactly that reason. They are like family to us. Thank you! ❤️

I currently live at Independence Hall, a vibrant community for more independent residents, and we are fortunate to have Williamsburg Landing Assisted Living right across the street. Many of us love the opportunity to visit Williamsburg Landing and participate in activities alongside their residents—from arts and crafts and karaoke to simply relaxing on the back patio overlooking the water. It’s such a wonderful way to spend extra time with residents who may need a little more assistance, fostering a sense of connection and community across both locations. One of the things I truly value is the continuity of care. If an Independence Hall resident ever needs to transition to Williamsburg Landing, they move to a warm, welcoming environment with compassionate staff, while still maintaining friendships with fellow Independence Hall residents. Williamsburg Landing has recently renovated their dining room and is currently updating their activity room, and we’re all excited to enjoy new spaces for fun, engagement, and connection. It’s comforting to know that both communities are committed to providing an enriching, safe, and joyful experience for residents at every stage of their journey.

My experience with Williamsburg Landing, and especially with Fedorah, was wonderful. Fedorah couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. All of my many questions were answered in a timely manner. The facility is beautiful and the room I chose for my mother was very spacious. There is a beautiful sitting area outside with a view of the water. I felt so comfortable having my mother live there. I highly recommend it.

I am so pleased with Williamsburg Landing and all they have done for my dad. I feel like everyone there is genuinely concerned with the well being of the residents. In the beginning I communicated with Robert as my family was trying to decide the next step for my dad. He was amazing and when he said he wanted my dad to thrive there, I knew this was going to be the right place. Madeline is the head nurse and she is exactly who I want in charge of my dad's care. She advocates hard for her residents. My dad really likes the food, the facility is clean, smells good and is decorated nicely. I would highly recommend.

7/15/24: Review update. Since my initial issues with Williamsburg Landing the CEO and staff have made a positive impact. The CEO emailed and called me directly to discuss my review, which I thought was extremely hands on and appreciated. There have been staff adjustments and the current staff is a lot more friendly, responsive and helpful. I am pleased with the service they have been providing and the help they have shown me with other issues regarding my grandmother. They have been extremely patient and helpful, especially with their understanding of my Medicaid Issues. 2023: My grandmother has been at this facility for about 8 years with no issues. Ever since the new management company took over everything is a mess. I cannot get anyone from the office to give me a call back. I am constantly having issues making payments. They have ran payments for unauthorized amounts. I am having to pursue legal counsel and going to reach out to the state to investigate this new management. Total disaster.
