The Cremation Society of NH made such a sad time so much easier to handle. It was recommended to us to have my brother join prior to his passing which made the process once he died less traumatic. Ellen at the cremation society was extremely helpful. So compassionate, caring and professional. Questions were answered promptly and messaging was easy. Ellen and Elizabeth have been great resources. I had questions about traveling and they were very helpful. When we went to obtain my brothers remains the society was respectful and caring

The Cremation society was very helpful in helping us plan and follow through with making the arrangements for our daughter’s services. From my first contact to picking up her ashes and even afterwards they contacted us to see how we were doing, giving us encouragement and compassion for what we were experiencing. When my husband died somewhat unexpectedly I was so scared and confused. Fortunately I remembered he wanted to use The Cremation Society of NH. I called them and they were so kind and helpful! They handled every thing with compassion and care. Charlotta and Elizabeth helped walk me through everything and did the death certificates and notification to SS. Being a veteran I’d chosen an urn with an Army plaque on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I gave his sister their information as well.

My family and I had a very positive experience with the Cremation Society during a challenging time in life. Losing a family member is a very hard thing to deal with. Not knowing where to turn and who to ask questions adds a lot of pressure. Ellen is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me, answering every question asked. The communication with Ellen, and then Elizabeth, along with Patrick really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the plans and arrangements we agreed upon. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. I am glad we had the Cremation Society available and able to assist with final arrangements for my father. Cremation services seems like a weird thing to rate but I'm happy to do it. This was perhaps one of the most overwhelming moments in my life and the Cremation Society really made it all so much better. I was originally working with a different funeral home who made me feel like I was alone in the process. But when I called the Cremation Society they really took the time to guide me through what to expect. They took care of everything and at a fraction of the cost. Their prices may be budget friendly but their services are invaluable. Their entire team made me feel cared for. And their services don't stop at the cremation. Members of their team have routinely checked in on me after my father's burial. I couldn't be more grateful.
