The Staff at Phanuef, from the receptionist to the director, were compassionate and caring individuals. Our conversations were low-key, without any pressure or rushing to a decision. The building itself is warm and inviting which was very comforting to me. The entire experience left me feeling that my loved one would carefully attended to with the dignity and respect deserved. They also offer services to assist with the many issues people encounter after the loss of a family member. This is something I did not expect and was thankful for.

My husband passed away in Florida and it was highly recommended that we contact Phaneuf in Manchester NH. We were told what steps to follow and a meeting time was set up. We were greeted immediately upon entry and provided with all the information based on our request. The staff was outstanding, Buddy guided us every step of the way without a sales pitch but excellent recommendations. They were attentive throughout the wake and the funeral. Very professional but sympathetic to our situation. The funeral home was meticulously clean including a nice room where children could go during the wake. We had a video playing during the wake showing our pictures with beautiful music. We highly recommend Phaneuf. You will not be disappointed.

Phaunef Funeral Home did a beautiful job with the arrangements for our mother. The staff was caring, kind, and very respectful during such a difficult time. They took the time to walk us through every part of the service and offered options that helped us create something truly special for her. We also appreciated their patience and flexibility with payment, which meant a lot to our family. Phaneufs on Hanover St. assisted us recently with the passing of our mom who had "Pre-planned" her services. Upon meeting with the Director, the staff walked us through the entire process. They were upfront with the costs and did not try to upsell us anything. Their communication skills and professionalism are top notch. The funeral home is beautiful with its stained glass windows and marble floors. They earn their 5 star rating.
