Have Some Charisma catered our non-profit lunch. All of The food was AMAZING!!! The salmon was so good and the turkey was so tender and juicy. Many people were raving about it! (We forgot to take pictures of the actual food🤦🏽‍♀️)❤️❤️❤️

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Have Some Charisma Catering absolutely blew me away from start to finish. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection — you could taste the love and attention in every bite. The honey-glazed salmon was tender and flavorful, the short ribs melted in your mouth, and even the sides were standouts. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was just as impressive as the food. They were professional, friendly, and made everyone feel like family. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do — they go above and beyond to make sure every detail is right, from setup to cleanup. What really stood out was the personality behind the brand — it’s not just catering, it’s an experience. You feel cared for, fed well, and entertained all at the same time. I have now booked with Have Some Charisma twice! And both time have been amazing! The first time (3 years ago) we did a personal chef option for brunch and dinner for an all day 40th birthday celebration for my bestie and when my daughter's 21st birthday came around this year we did a catered brunch! Both were big successes. The attendees all raved about the food. how flavorful and filling the dishes were! Wish I had more and better pictures from each of the events!

This was my first time hiring a private chef and I can honestly say that Chef K made the experience absolutely amazing for us. From the initial request the communication and understanding of my requirements was exceptional. Whatever questions I had she responded quickly. Her menu was outstanding. We had a 3 course meal and each dish was beautifully constructed and tasted as good as it looked. We could totally relax as Chef K made sure everything was taken care of from the ease of her arrival with everything in hand even down to the decor, cutlery and plates. The presentation, the taste, the service was just everything! The kitchen was left immaculate and we had no cleaning up to do afterwards. I will be using her services again and can highly recommend her to others.

This was my first personal chef experience. I surprised my boyfriend with a 3-course meal by Ms. Karisma at a resort. She provided a very detailed menu to which I chose an appetizer, an entrée, two sides, and a dessert. My boyfriend and I ate different meals, which was very pleasing to try multiple dishes. The food was impeccable, the decor and champagne she provided was elegant, and she also had a nice R&B play list to set the mood. She introduced/described each of the delicious meals as she brought them out. The overall experience was amazing and she deserves all the stars. My favorite part was that I did not have to worry about cleaning afterwards. I plan to use more of Have Some Charisma services to cater a brunch or girls night next.
