I wanna thank the entire staff at Community Chapel for understanding and having patience and walk me through this hard time, my son unfortunately passed of gastric cancer and had lost a lot of weight especially in his face which I was leaning towards cremation but when I saw what a beautiful job they did with my son his face was healthy looking and he looked liked he was resting with a grin. I couldn’t believe my son looked so beautifully, when I say everyone was so respectful n understanding and showed compassion to me n my family. I truly recommend Community Chapel they walked me through the whole process which by the way I knew nothing and they helped me understand in making the right choices for my son. He looked beautiful and the service was amazing they accommodated my entire family and friends and it was many people and everything was perfect for my baby, I know he was smiling down at us. Thank you again to the entire staff at Community Chapel for everything and kindness I can’t thank you enough and I will forever be grateful for your services. We need this compassion n kindness when going through a loss and your mind isn’t clear, great job guys thank you forever!!

I love the young ladies Brenda and Ms Elizabeth. They are so helpful , very kind , and they call to check on you to see that you’re doing ok or if you need to just talk. I would recommend their services to any one looking for honest caring people🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️

I had a very disappointing experience with Community Funeral Chapels in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive,adding stress to an already difficult time..They were not transparent about their fees.Their website listed a $90 storage fee, but in reality, it was $100 per day. Moreover,my mother was there less than 24 hours,yet the owner Brenda claimed she will waive the fee. However, this gesture felt misleading,as the fee shouldn’t have applied in the first place since it was under 24 hours. Additionally, there was a $495 fee for recovering my mother‘s body at the nursing facility, which was not communicated beforehand. Moreover,Brenda was not willing to negotiate or work with me on these issues. I hope they improve their transparency and professionalism in the future.

Everything was wonderful, highly professional. We felt like the were a big part of our family. The made my mother look beautiful. Highly recommended.

On October 29th I lost my dad, I felt so lost i couldn't think straight, Community Funeral Chapels was called to pick up my dad's body and can I just say that Brenda the owner was amazing. She hugged me tight and right then and there i knew she was definitely my right choice to handle my dad's celebration of life. The day of the wake i was once again greeted with such kindness and warmth. Thank you Community Funeral Chapels for the grace you showed us but most importantly the grace you showed my dad. Though we are still grieving i know I made the absolute best decision in entrusting my dads celebration of life to you. Thank you once again for everything you all did for me and my family.
