The Vault Catering

We couldn’t be happier with our experience using The Vault Catering for our wedding! From the very beginning, Sandra was incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding us through exactly what we’d need to make our day perfect. We chose the NW BBQ station style for dinner and served empanadas during cocktail hour and wow, the food was a hit! We received so many compliments from our guests, especially about the mac & cheese (seriously, it was next level!). The bartender was also amazing. Friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing all night without a hitch. Even packed it all up for us at the end of the night. The servers were so kind and even brought us our food at the sweetheart table. Small gestures like that go a long way, and it truly made us feel taken care of on our big day. To top it all off, they thoughtfully packed up all the leftovers for us to enjoy later, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend for any event. Professional, delicious, and a dream to work with!

The Vault is a must hire for all your catering needs in Tacoma. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and we got sooo many compliments on the food. It was super easy to work with them especially when it came to bringing our own alcohol. Sandra told us exactly what we needed to do for rentals, and gave great recommendations for other things we were still needing to lock down. We got so much done the day we did tastings with her guidance. The team also did all the set up and tear down a which was so nice. I’ve heard other catering companies make you deal with the trash or charge extra. That was not the case with The Vault! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Sandra and her team of talented kitchen staff went above and beyond for my wife and I’s wedding back in June. The Food tasted even better the day of the wedding then it did at the tasting, even with some last minute tweaks to the menu Sandra made it all possible! Sandra took care of everything from the food, rentals, bartenders and even the Dj. Which was a major stress reliever for my wife and I, like most people “We don’t need a wedding planner…” boy we’re we wrong, it’s a lot harder then you’d think to plan an event for 150+ people especially with constant changing social guidelines! Like most people on their wedding day, you barely have enough time to eat the cake because everything goes by in a flash, this was true for us.. but there were Togo boxes of both the food and dessert left over for us which we did not expect! All our guests were pleased with the menu, no complaints whatsoever, it’s been months and people are still talking about that BBQ menu we had! They also went above and beyond and surprised me with “the groom’s favorites table” which I don’t know who told them all my favorite snacks! I was shocked and excited to see that! We will definitely use the vault again for our next event! They don’t just do weddings as Sandra told us. Thank you Everyone at The Vault that made this day Possible!

We were incredibly pleased with the Vault for our wedding! Throughout the whole process, Sandra was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The day of, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special, even helping us problem solve issues that arose and were unrelated to catering. Overall, the service team was fantastic and the food was amazing!! We ordered the Pacific NW buffet and everything was delicious. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Without a doubt, I would recommend the Vault to anyone!

We used The Vault to cater my daughters wedding. The food was fresh, delicious and Sandra and her team were excellent to work with!
