Citrus Place

We have had a great experience with our dealings with Citrus Place so far with transition of moving my mother in law in.We have primarily dealt with Janet. She has been genuinely kind, and helpful as well as patient with all our questions. Charlie has been great as well.

I’ve had an incredible experience today with Janet at Citrus Place. I’m trying to help my parents remotely from Florida, and Janet made everything so easy. She set up an appointment with my mom and helped her secure an apartment for my dad. All within hours!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!!! I also got to speak to Megan who is also helping my mom furnish his apartment. Two outstanding women that made this difficult process for me into a joyful experience. I’m on top of the world right now knowing my dad will be well taken care of. I can’t express enough gratitude. 🩷🩷 Just a side note: I just realized that Megan is the Executive Director at the facility. Here she is helping my mom with furnishing the apartment and she’s the Executive Director. I’m so impressed and so grateful!! Wow!! Janet and Megan are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to get me dad’s apartment ready. I am so impressed. I couldn’t be more grateful for all their added effort.

My mom was ready to move to an independent living situation and Citrus Place came highly recommended from friends whose family members moved there. We took a tour with Janet and were so impressed with the community, the kindness and care everyone in the staff exhibited and the amenities. The community felt full of light and activity. Making these decisions are difficult and Janet fielded numerous questions from my mom with patience and kind encouragement. Janet helped my mom have the courage to make a very necessary move to a more supportive environment. Kudos to Janet and the entire staff. I’m excited for the new life of activities and friendships my mom will have at Citrus Place

We recently toured and moved my dad into Citrus Place. It is clean, the employees are so nice and helpful and they have so many activities and events. From the day we toured the community with Charlie, working with Megan the Director about move in and being greeted by Donna on move in day we couldn’t be happier! The first time I visited my dad after move in I asked him if he liked it, and he said “I love it, I feel like I’m at a resort” Thank you Citrus Place for providing such a wonderful place for my dad to live.

We were very pleased with everything about Citrus Place. Beautiful, well cared for, and nice, friendly staff. We liked the food. It is in a good location. In particular, Janet who took us on the tour and was our contact was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the units were too small for out needs and so we have not moved there.
