⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Loidene Sweeney and the entire team at Atlanta Monument. We began working with Loidene in November 2025 to create a headstone for our beloved mother. During such an emotional time, Loidene was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and caring. She took the time to listen to our family and helped us select the perfect headstone that truly reflects who our mother was—beautiful, elegant, and full of grace. One thing that impressed us most was Loidene’s commitment to her word. She promised that the headstone would be completed before Mother’s Day 2026 so that we could present it to our family and friends, and she delivered on that promise. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed every step of the way. Even while she was on vacation right before Mother’s Day, she made sure her office continued providing updates on the progress. The finished headstone exceeded our expectations and is a beautiful tribute to our mother’s life and legacy. It perfectly captures her beauty, elegance, and spirit. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire Atlanta Monument team. Although I do not know everyone’s names, I know several people worked behind the scenes to make this project a success. A special thank you to the gentleman who carefully installed our mother’s headstone. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for our family did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication. You helped make a difficult journey much easier, and our family will be forever grateful.

I made a review on here that wasn't very nice and I guess I jumped the gun. Because I did not know that the ones that owned it when i paid for my father death date had sold it without informing the new owners of all the work that they had not completed. So I assumed they just wasn't going to do the work but know that I have spoken to them I ask everyone that maybe in the same situation to bear with these young people. I'm having to find a contract but the man is very polite and he understands and I understand his point of view also. He seemed to me to be a God fearing man that will do anything to help others and for that I will always be suggest this company to anyone and everyone who wants a honest person and an honest job done. DO NOT USE THEM STAY AWAY! We introduced them to our Church; since then, I told my priest not to use them. I'm glad to get the same testimonial from the reviewer said "I'm disputing charge for non-delivery. As I'm about to do the same with mine. We follow up almost monthly and they keep blaming on Supplier issues. The person died after my father at the same memorial already has their installed. This company has no respect for the dead and it's almost 1 year in less than a week for my father dead they still have no answered. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

My mother past in September 2021. I placed an order for her headstone in October 2021. Jenny told me that it would take 3 to 6 months for it to get here. I waited 5 1/2 months before I contacted them to make sure the headstone would be back. I was then told that it would take another 5 weeks. I waited 4 more weeks before I contacted them again, Malcolm told me that the headstone was made without the angels that I requested, therefore it was melted down and had to start the process all over again. I asked why didn’t he tell me that before it was melted down. Due to the fact that I had already waited so long, i would have just taken it without the angels, so my mother could have a headstone. He told my that it would take another 5 weeks. I then asked for a refund. They had no regard to my situation. They did not show any concern. I waited for months, wasting time while my mother is without her headstone all due their dishonesty and disregard. I do not recommend using this company. They are very unprofessional.

Malcom placed order for my mothers headstone in October 2021 i have yet to have it delivered. Every week he gives a different excuse . He lies every time . I paid $1500 and i have nothing . Stated it would take 3-5 months . Everytime i call he either say oh it’s on the truck or I’m sending my own personal truck to get it . Then lies about saying 2 people with the same last name that was the mix up of delivery. I am disputing charge for non delivery of product
