Remembrance Memorials

I was going through one of the most difficult times last year losing two of my loved ones. I was referred to Remembrance Memorials by Watkins funeral home out of McDonough, Ga. I worked with Joe and he was very nice and showed deepest sympathy. I told him what I wanted on my loved ones memorials and he delivered. He was prompt and always responded if I had any questions. He truly worked with me and my family with pricing. Instead of purchasing from the cemetery, I was able to work directly with him. He was a great help during the most stressful time in my life. Unfortunately my experience with Brook Bolton and Remembrance Memorials was not a pleasant nor professional one. My son transitioned January 2. 2025 the "transaction" was finalized a year later, January 2026. We had to initiate EVERYTHING. Brook was not efficient nor professional. He was more concerned with the death of his sister during the final phases of our son's installation. We submitted the picture for the headstone and Brook asked us to submit it because he couldn't locate it. I told him to check his messages where we submitted the photo. We expected the process to take no more than 6 months like they initially told us. I would NOT recommend Brook nor this company to anyone. Brook seemed distracted and uninterested throughout the entire process. He always had an excuse for why he didn't deliver. He texted me requesting the final payment. I submitted it immediately and he didn't respond with a thank you or anything. Terrible businessman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company nor Brook to anyone.

The team at Remembrance Memorials, are different. They gave me and my family the best service in our time of sorrow. They horned the memory of both my Mother and Father with a vision of how me and my family would like to remember our loved ones. The work and craftsmanship is unmatched in my opinion, and I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Joe for everything.

We had a great experience working with Brook at Remembrance Memorials. He was extremely helpful and compassionate in guiding us through the whole process, from design of the monument to install at the cemetery. We also appreciated him expediting the install, given the unique situation our family was in. The monument itself exceeded expectations. Very high quality with deep engraving that will look beautiful for many, many decades. We felt the price was very reasonable for the level of service and quality of product. Definitely recommend Remembrance to all!

I would highly recommend Remembrance Memorials! I purchased a family marker. My father is deceased and my mother isn’t. My mother did not want her name on there while she’s alive, which wasn’t a problem. I was given an amazing solution on how to add her name at a later date. The marker is just what I envisioned. It’s a complete representation of my dad and my parents. Joe Goodwill was amazing from start to finish. His attention to detail was exceptional. I live out of town and I was able to complete the entire order via phone and email. Joe then took the time to go visit my mom and go over all the details with her to ensure they meet her satisfaction. Once the market was installed, he provided us with pictures for our approval. He always responded to my emails and/or chats immediately. He is so knowledgeable about what marker requirements are for each cemetery. His knowledge, expertise, professionalism, empathy are all the reasons I rate this company 5 stars.
